NCWHA General Membership is comprised of healthcare, work readiness, educational organizations and program partners. Go here for a full list of partners.

General Membership: Includes healthcare organizations, education facilities, work readiness organizations and program partners working together to ensure a sustainable healthcare workforce.
Steering Committee: Provides guidance to the Alliance to ensure alignment with the mission, vision and objectives, communicating initiatives to respective organizations to seek support, engagement, understanding and approval to move initiatives forward.
Clinical Student Processes: Aligns post-secondary student requirements and processes for clinical placements throughout the region.
Career Exploratory: Develops and strengthens healthcare career pathways, provides resources for shared professional development opportunities and increases awareness of available educational opportunities.
Infrastructure and Outreach: Maintains an infrastructure and develops a comprehensive partnership with interested healthcare organizations, educational facilities and work readiness partners.

The Alliance Structure is a 4-tiered system, consisting of an Organizational Chairperson, Educational Chairpersons, and the Workforce Readiness Chairperson. To join the Alliance, please contact any of the Chairpersons.
